I have not received my Pass of All Passes yet, what should I do?

The first step is to follow the redemption instructions on your voucher to redeem the pass on the Seven Peaks website. If you have already done that, please remember that it may take about 6-8 weeks for the pass to arrive. Note that you can print your voucher and use it as a temporary pass to enter Pass of All Pass events before your actual card arrives. Also keep in mind that the voucher's value does not start until the pass is mailed to you, so you are not losing time. Feel free to reach out to Seven Peaks directly on the status of your pass at fulfillment@sevenpeaks.com.

I got my Pass of All Passes card, but the Walmart Card is missing, what can I do to get it?

Please email: fulfillment@sevenpeaks.com with your issue, and the voucher numbers of the passes that have not received the Walmart Cards. They will be able to get those sent out to you directly.

I am having difficulties logging in, even though I have an account - what should I do?

Please try clearing your cache or attempting your login in a new browser. If this does not work, or if you have further questions, please reach out to us at deals@mediaoneutah.com.

My DailyDeal has expired, what can I do?

Unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print of a deal, your vouchers are still worth the price you originally paid when redeemed with the merchant, even after the promo value has expired. If you have any difficulties getting them to honor, please contact us.

I purchased a deal or gift and did not receive an email with the purchase, how do I get my deal?

Sign in to your account and hit "My Purchases" or "My Gifts" depending on what you purchased. From there you will have access to every deal you have purchased, and can print the voucher with redemption instructions.

How do I sign up for DailyDeals?

Create an account by clicking Sign Up. This will prompt you for an Email, Username, First and Last Name, Password and Zipcode.

How do I sign up to receive e-mails from another area?

Sign in to your account and select " My Emails". There you will be able to change your account settings including signing up to receive e-mails from other areas.

When can I use my deal?

Deals are available to print and use immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print.

If I don't use the full value of the certificate in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated, you will not receive credit or cash back for any unused portion of a certificate.

What if I want to return my purchase?

The policy on the DailyDeal is that all sales are final. If you are having an issue with your deal please contact the business first. If you require further assistance regarding a refund, please contact us within 5 days of your deal closing. Due to the limited time frame of the deals, requests after 5 days will not be processed unless the merchant has gone out of business.
